A Man with desire to develop, to conceive with the growing needs, stimulating his every fragment of resource for one cause. This is the anecdote about Mr Shripad Kulkarni, the owner & M.D of Shreeson Technologies PVT. LTD. in his own words!

My childhood
I belong from Walchnad Nagar, my father was a worker in a factory. Being the eldest son, i had responsibilities on my shoulders. Financially my family was below poverty line, hence i started working at the age of 12 years. Initially i use to do cleaning and household related work to cater fees for education. I had desire to learn technical, hence after 10th standard i applied for polytechnic. I started my journey to learn technical and earn my diploma, but unfortunately my financial condition made me leave that institute in the first year itself. As i was back to the original condition, i felt like working as an office boy in-order to earn some money and support my family, but eventually things worked out and i joined as an apprentice in Walchnad Nagar Industries.

My professional journey
My Course as an apprentice in Walchand Nagar Industries was the first turning point in my life.
I worked as an apprentice for 3 years and with motivation of bosses and span of time i completed my diploma from government polytechnic. With the expertise and experience i got promoted as a  design engineer. After my work in Walchand, i switched to Bosch Nashik and served for 9 years. With the possibilities rising throughout the horizon i joined Ford tools (Now known as Premium Tools) and served for 2 years.

From the advent of my time, there was a spark in me to be an entrepreneur, but it takes loads of experience and expertise to be one. Some event &  some people influenced me to advance and take prior steps. With extended battle to prove myself I initiated Shreesons in the year 1999. 2001 came with the essence of glory, Inauguration ceremony of products in my own place, my own machinery & my own designs.

Prime achievements & decisions on life.
- Completed Diploma which caused the end of poverty era of my family.
- Employment in Nashik, which made me prosper and 1 step closer to my dream.
- Decision of leaving Bosch, this activated the entrepreneurs in me.
- The most Influential factor and support for starting my own business was my wife. She works in a bank, without her intellectual support i couldn't be what i am today.

My childhood
My childhood was nice as I was the only son, so I was a bit pampered child and a mom´s boy. I was pride for my father but that joy was short lived as I lost my father when I was 10 years old and then the hardship followed because of our family disputes.

My motivation
My mother was the one who always motivated me but it is always you who is supposed to do things and achieve what you want, So although my mother was a great motivation to me but it was me who took the efforts to do the thing to become what I am today and that´s the reason that I am a self made man, it was the motivation within that helped me achieve things that I wanted in my life.

My guide, my mentor
My guide, my mentor, my motivation everything was my mother. She was the one who helped me in everything that I ever did, She never restricted me from doing things and always gave freedom to do what I felt was right, but as I mentioned before it is you who needs to take the efforts and get things done.

My life´s first achievement
My life´s first achievement is when I got a job as a car´s sales person, that is my life´s first achievement. That is when I came to know what is my importance in public, that was the biggest achievement as people accepted me for my skills and qualities. That´s the reason I take it as my life´s first achievement.

My Professional Journey
Start was quite tough, taking up a job was never an easy task. I took up a job as a car
sales person at Hyundai in 2001 then after I continued working for next 8 years with Ford and Mercedes Benz. Then after I wanted to start something of my own and I always loved the way my mother cooked food and even I always wanted to feed people. So I started a Hotel named as Udupi Spice at Mahatma Nagar that was my first and then after I never looked back and continued growing my Hotel empire and to do all this I was supported by my mother and my wife, so they played a very vital role in my progress and success.

My Future aims
I have a dream and the dream is to set up a hotel within the radius of 3km across India. So, I dream to have a hotel every 3km on PAN India level. This is my future aim.

Cherishable moment of my life
The most cherishable moment in my life is the day when my son was born. Its a big day for me and always will be.

Things that I would like to change from my Past
If I could change my past I would like to bring my father back to life whom I lost at the age of 10.

What I want to do for the country
Actually I am doing it on a regular basis, as I like to feed people, so on my mother´s birthday I visit people and children those who are less privileged and I feed them and I also serve them food with my own hands. So I think that I am doing what I can for the people and the Nation.

My message to the youth and the citizens
My message to the youth and to the citizens would be work hard and work smart and always be loyal and honest to yourself and remember one thing in life ¨ TO DO SOMETHING IS TO START. THAT´S IT.¨ So unless and until you do something you cannot start, so to start you need to do things.

My professional journey
As I belonged to a middle class family so I struggled a lot since starting. I started from conducting art classes and after I got married I opened up my first art gallery in which my husband helped me a lot, my art and my paintings were not only appreciated in Nashik or in India but they were also appreciated in other countries like U.S.A.

Then eventually I had to shut down my art gallery as my son got sick and I had to look after him so I had to stop what I was doing. So I was depressed back then as I had nothing to do at that time. Then I started designing clothes from old sarees it was my hobby which turned into profession and I have been working in that domain since then.

Things to change your past
My mother was diagnosed for cancer because of which she expired and at that time I was working so I could not pay attention to my mother´s health. So if I ever get a chance to change things from my past that would be the one I would like to change, because at that time I wanted to take care of mother but due to my job I was not able to do that. So if I ever get a chance to change my past I would like to change that one thing from my past.
