Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain good relations with sales team and clients
Monitor receivables and collections and provide updates of receivables to senior management
Identify problem clients and provide regular updates of receivables to management
Formulate a collection cycle and plan activities accordingly
Ensure collections are done as per schedule
Follow up with customers for recovery of payments as per payment terms
Keep a check on defaulting customers and co–ordinate with the legal department to take adequate steps
Co-ordinate with defaulting customers and understand reasons for delay in payment
Resolve all customer queries related to payment terms, credit policy, etc.
Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations to senior management
Delivering reliable administrative support and customer service as required
