Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational aspects together with distribution operations, client service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Assess native market conditions and establish current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, monetary objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Manage budget and assign funds suitably.
- Bring out the most effective of branch’s personnel by providing coaching, coaching, development and motivation.
- Find areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Share data with different branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and desires.
- Address client and worker satisfaction problems promptly.
- Adhere to high moral standards, and accommodates all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to boost the presence and name of the branch and company.
Requirements
- 0.6 to 2 years of branch management experience into event industry.
- Proven knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Qualification in Business Administration or Event Management preferred.
