Responsibilities:
- Analyzes wage and earnings reports and information to see competitive compensation set up.
- Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy concerning equal employment opportunities, compensation, and worker advantages.
- Develops and maintains somebody's resources system that meets prime management info desires.
- Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records needed by law or native governing bodies, or different departments within the organization.
- Writes and delivers shows to company officers or officialdom concerning human resources policies and practices.
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects staff to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new worker orientation to foster positive angle toward Company goals.
- Coordinates management coaching in interviewing, hiring, terminations,promotions, performance review, safety, and molestation.
- Advises management in acceptable resolution of worker relations problems.
- Responds to inquiries concerning policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administers performance review program to make sure effectiveness, compliance,and equity inside organization. Administers earnings administration program tonsure compliance and equity inside organization.
- Administers advantages programs like life, health, and dental insurance,pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and worker help.
- Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.Coordinates Safety Committee conferences and acts as Safety Director.
- Conducts wage surveys inside marketplace to see competitive wage rate.
- Prepares budget of human resources operations.
- Prepares worker separation notices and connected documentation, and conducts exit interviews to see reasons behind separations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to scale back absence and turnover.
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Requirements:
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience,
